Angeline Savini, 96, of Scotia passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.

Born in Schenectady, Angeline was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Lucy (Derubis) Battaglia.

Predeceased in 1988 by her husband of 52 years, Libero Savini, Angeline is also predeceased by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

A homemaker, Angeline was devoted to her family.

Angeline leaves behind her children, Vincent Savini (Gail) of Schenectady and Lucille Hopeck (Ken Hughes) of Scotia and Florida. She also leaves behind 2 sisters, Beatrice Warner of Florida and Bettina Marra of Rotterdam, as well as 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Angeline will be Friday, December 12 at 12pm at Bond Funeral Home, 1614 Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, with a visitation prior to the service from 10am-12pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Glenville.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Angeline's name can be made to a charity of ones choice.
