Michael J. Trolio, 65, of Scotia, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at his home.

Born in Schenectady, Michael was the son of the late Gino and Dorina (Tozzi) Trolio.

Educated at Mont Pleasant School and Hudson Valley Community College, Michael honorably served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Michael has worked for the US Postal Service as a mail handler for over 35 years. He enjoyed trains, cameras and photography and is a member of the C.A.M.E.R.A. Club.

Michael is survived by his son, Micci Trolio (Sarah) who is serving in the US Army, currently stationed in Hawaii, his sister, Patricia M. Trolio of Schenectady and his brothers, John R. Trolio (Mary) of Gaffney, SC and Richard L. Trolio of Cumberland, MD.

Funeral services for Michael will be held Wednesday, October 29 at 8pm at Bond Funeral Home, 1614 Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, with a visitation from 6-8pm prior to the service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will take place with military honors at Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY.
