Beverly J Cavert 84 died Saturday evening February 11th at her daughter's home in Glenville. Born in Schenectady, Beverly was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Winfield) Biggerstaff and a graduate of Burnt Hills High School. A former member of the East Glenville Community Church, Beverly also attended 1st Presbyterian Church in Schenectady with her sister and brother-in-law. A gifted seamstress and flower arranger, she loved traveling with her husband . Predeceased in 2007 by her husband for 64 years Orville R. Cavert, they where married on January 18, 1947. She is survived by her children, Alan Cavert (Max) of West Athens, NY, Terri Pezzi (Joseph) of Glenville, Rory Coons (Edwin) of Montana, Brian Cavert (Heidi) and Craig Cavert both of Clifton Park, her sisters, Barbara Himmelwright (Richard) of Scotia and June Woodruff of Hudson Falls,a late brother John Biggerstaff and his wife Barbara Biggerstaff of Colonie, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon February 15, 2012 at 1 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Interment in Memory Gardens. Contributions in Beverly's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7 Washington Avenue Ext. Albany, NY 12205 or to the American Cancer Society 260 Osborne Road, Albany, NY 12211
